Admission & Collection Times

9AM to 3PM ~ Monday to Saturdays

9AM to 12PM ~ Sundays & Bank Holidays

Closed Christmas Day & New Year's Day

We would be most grateful if all animals were admitted & collected before 3PM if at all possible, especially in the winter months when it is dark early.

• Up to date vaccinations are essential. All animals require an annual booster. Vaccination against kennel cough is highly recommended. Please bring an up to date vaccination certificate with you when you check in.

• Dogs & Cats like a regular routine and for this reason we would prefer not to disturb them after they have been settled down for the night.
